Your account
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and should tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You may only act for a business that you are authorised to represent.
Bookings
A booking is a request for an appointment. Where GG101 reviews bookings manually, your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation. Cancellations and reschedules are subject to the notice periods shown in the portal.
Services, quotations and pricing
Information on this website is general. The scope, inclusions, pricing and eligibility for any service are confirmed in a quotation or engagement agreement. Legal services are subject to the nature of the matter and applicable professional requirements.
Documents
Only upload documents that you are entitled to share and that relate to a service you have requested. Do not upload files containing malicious code.
Invoices and payments
Invoices are payable by the due date shown. An invoice is marked as paid once GG101 has received and verified the payment.
